Returns & Exchanges

At Element Brooklyn, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Simply print it out and securely package your Element Brooklyn products.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
